Introduction

A safe space for students to be in the spotlight

The Canvas is a dance showcase series featuring the students of the dance studio Nude Floor. ‍ Nowadays, most student showcases take a top-down approach, where teachers create routines for their students to perform. In contrast, The Canvas organizers took a bottom-up approach, where students conceptualized and choreographed their pieces on their own. We simply acted as curators, bringing all these students into one space.

For the past three volumes (from early 2024 to now), I've led graphic design for the Canvas.
